BetWest VIP Program: Tiers, Perks, Rewards (2026)

Inside the BetWest VIP program — Posse to Marshal tier thresholds, cashback rates, withdrawal speed, personal account managers, and tier protection.

Inside the BetWest VIP program

The BetWest Casino loyalty program is built around four tiers: Posse, Deputy, Sheriff, Marshal. Every wager earns points; points climb tiers; tiers unlock faster cashouts, fatter cashback, and the kind of perks that actually mean something at higher stakes.

How VIP works

You earn 1 VIP point per €10 wagered on slots, scaled down for table games (10%) and live games (5%). Points reset monthly, but tier status is held for the calendar month after qualification, plus a one-month grace period.

The system is opt-in by default for everyone — there’s no separate signup. Your tier badge appears next to your username inside your account dashboard.

Perks per tier

Posse

The starting point. Standard cashback, standard withdrawal queue, full lobby access, weekly reload offer at the base 50% rate. You’re in the program — you’re just at the door.

Deputy

Cashback bumps to 8%, withdrawals jump to a priority queue (typically half the standard wait), and Deputies get exclusive monthly free-spin drops on featured slots. Higher deposit limits available on request.

Sheriff

This is where the program turns serious. 10% cashback, capped at €500. VIP fast-track withdrawals usually clear in under an hour for crypto. A personal account manager is assigned — name and email, not a generic support address. Access to VIP-only live tables (€25+ minimum, up to €10,000 max bet).

Marshal

The top tier. 15% cashback, capped at €1,500. Withdrawals clear same-hour for crypto and within 12 hours for fiat. A dedicated account manager handles requests directly. Marshal-only tournaments, custom bonus offers, birthday gift, and surprise drops mid-month.

Earning points faster

Personal account manager — what they do

For Sheriff and Marshal players. The manager handles:

They’re not a sales channel. They won’t push you to deposit more, and if anything, they’ll be the ones suggesting a cool-off if your play patterns shift suddenly.

Tier protection and downgrades

Points reset monthly, but tier status holds for the calendar month after you qualify, with a one-month grace period before downgrade. So a Sheriff in March stays a Sheriff through April even without play, and only drops to Deputy in May if May’s points don’t requalify.

VIP-only events and tournaments

Sheriff and Marshal tiers get access to a monthly invitational tournament — leaderboard format, prize pool typically €25,000–€100,000, with a guaranteed cash payout to the top 50. Marshal-only flash tournaments run unannounced; you find out via the manager.

VIP FAQ

Can I jump tiers faster?

No fast-pass — tier progression is purely point-based. Higher wagers in shorter time obviously climb the ladder faster, but there's no buy-in or shortcut.

What happens if I take a long break?

You keep tier status for the qualifying month + grace month, then drop one tier per inactive month until you reach Posse. Your VIP point total resets monthly regardless.

Do bonus wagers count toward VIP points?

Yes, at the same weighting as cash wagers. Bonus-funded slot wagering builds points at the standard slot rate.

For the cashback rates in context, the bonuses page walks through how Monday cashback drops settle into your account. For higher deposit caps as you climb tiers, see the deposit guide.
